This artistic piece, which is quite substantial in size, is comprised of a painted porcelain plaque that rests within a gold-filled twisted rope border. The porcelain has the hand-painted image of a young girl who sits gazing ahead, her hands clasped below her chin. The detailed image is incredibly lifelike, including delicate waves of golden hair and fine facial features. A bar pin and c-catch clasp is attached to the back of the piece, allowing it to be fastened to a favorite garment.
